As a food reviewer for Foodjoyy, I am thrilled to share the highlights of this bustling marketplace. Jmart offers a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, and snacks. Whether you're hunting for the freshest vegetables, live seafood, or unique Asian snacks like durian mochi and specialty candies, Jmart has you covered. The aisles are filled with an impressive variety that will intrigue any culinary explorer.
It's important to note that Jmart can get busy, especially on weekends, as customers flock to experience the unique offerings. “ I used to come to JMart weekly for groceries, but that's slowly fallen off. Now, I come roughly once a month. That being said, that has nothing to do with JMart, it's more that I live so far away from it! If anything, this says a lot about JMart and how much I liked it, as I was dragging bags of groceries almost the entirety of the 7 line. I like the variety of snacks and foods that you can find at JMart and I always make sure to stock up. The only thing I don't love about it is that there are lots of people on the weekends, and it can be hard to move swiftly around--meaning, it can be hard to do a quick trip in and out of JMart. I personally don't mind since when I do groceries, I like to walk through every aisle, but I imagine it can get annoying if you're trying to quickly get what you need and leave. Prices at JMart are also fairly reasonable, so I'm always happy to go and pick up whatever groceries I'm missing from there (even if it is a long subway ride home). Would recommend this supermarket to others as well! ”
“ This Jmart is much busier than the one in Bensonhurst. Its attached to the rest of the mall. I have gone to the Flushing location a couple of times. I want to try going at different times to see if other times aren't as busy. They did have a great selection though. Found my favorite candy. I usually shop for non perishables like ramen, chips and candy. They also have lots of neat drinks. I shall be back again! ”
“ Came here on a Sunday afternoon and this place was very busy! It's a Chinese supermarket, so they sell all sorts of groceries, fresh produce, meats , fish, etc! The place wasn't the cleanest, but it's expected of a Chinese supermarket. There's also plenty of food traffic in here bc it's in a very busy mall. It had everything I was looking for and the prices were not bad, will definitely be back! Thanks! ”
“ Anything Asian you want or need is here. Fresh, still alive, seafood, meats, pastries, you name it. I bought durian mochi, chili oil and lychees. The important stuff. You'll always know a legit market by the real food smell. It's appealing to me, but could be a put off at other shops. Here it's just the right amount of real. The store is easy to get around, clean, and organized. Staff is helpful and the lines to check out went quickly. This area of Queens is fun! I plan to come back very, very soon! ”
“ Jmart is one of the many Asian grocery stores near Main St - Flushing subway station. There are two entrances to enter Jmart from Roosevelt Avenue or Main Street. During the pandemic, Jmart enforced COVID-19 rules such as wearing masks and checking temperatures before entering the grocery store. You can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, frozen fish balls, snacks, beverages, and the list goes on. Check out their promotional sale items from Fridays to Sundays! FYI, there are multiple registers throughout the grocery store! ”
